Cancellation Policy

Welcome to ZayVoyage! Our policies are designed to ensure a seamless, safe, and enriching travel experience for all our clients. Please review the following guidelines carefully. 1. Booking and Payment Reservations: All bookings must be made through official ZayVoyage channels, including our website, email, or authorized agents. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required to secure your reservation. Final Payment: Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the departure date. 2. Cancellation and Refunds Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Refundable minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refunds. ZayVoyage-Initiated Changes: If we must cancel or modify a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or credit toward future travel. 3. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. ZayVoyage is not liable for any loss or damage not covered by insurance. 4. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they meet all entry requirements, including valid passports, visas, and vaccinations, for their destination(s). ZayVoyage provides guidance but is not liable for denied entry. 5. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to respect local customs, laws, and the environment during their travels. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in termination of the trip without a refund. 6. Liability ZayVoyage acts as an intermediary for accommodations, transportation, and activity providers. While we prioritize safety and quality, we are not liable for issues beyond our control, including delays, accidents, or loss of property. 7. Privacy and Data Protection Client information is collected for booking purposes and treated with strict confidentiality. ZayVoyage will never share your personal data without consent. 8. Feedback and Dispute Resolution We value your feedback to improve our services. Any disputes should be reported to ZayVoyage within 14 days of trip completion for resolution.
