Day 1
Arrival
Upon arrival at the airport, a ZayVoyage by SARI Representative will pick you up at the Abeid Amani Karume International Airport and drop you off at your hotel. The guide will assist you with check-in, take you through your itinerary, and answer any questions regarding your stay in Zanzibar.
You will have some community engagements with some selected villages as part of our Social Impact Initiative. You will choose any impact activity you want to engage in or we have that predetermined on your behalf.

Day 2 -
Prison Island, Stone town, Sunset at Forodhani & Forodhani food & night market
Your first visit for the day is the Prison Island, also known as Changuu, the name of a fishing in Swahili mainly found on the Island. The town was initially used by slave masters as prisons for rebellious slaves. There is about a 20 minute boat ride to the Island. The tour of Prison Island has an intriguing history with the opportunity to see the famous Aldabra tortoises up close. This is a must visit site to visit in Zanzibar.
Your next stop will be to the Stone Town, an old city in Zanzibar with intricate architecture dating as far back as the 19th century. This town has a rich history and vibrant culture, offering a unique glimpse into Zanzibar's heritage. At this UNESCO World Heritage Site, there are museums, forts, cathedrals and mosques to explore and you will take a walk through the colourful markets and nearby spice plantations too.
You will have the rest of the day at Forodhani, where you will sit to enjoy the breeze of the ocean. You will have a walk through the Forodhani night market and enjoy some of their famous street foods. You will finally get to see the sunset over the Indian Ocean, a breathtaking sight to behold till the sun falls.

Day 3
Mnemba Island Tour, Swimming with turtles & ⁠Sunset cruise
On this day you will be visiting the Mnemba Island for a memorable swim and view of some aquatic life. At the Island, you will be having a boat ride from the shores of the island where you get to swim within the waters. You would later have the opportunity to have some snorkeling experience and have to swim with some tortoise and colorful looking fishes found in the waters of the Island.
You will have lunch at the rock restaurant, a beachfront restaurant on the shores of the Michamvi Pingwe Beach. You would have a taste of the local dishes of Tanzania prepared with locally sourced zanzibar spices and ingredients.
Later in the day you would have a sunset boat cruise on the Island. This is a charming site to behold. Be ready to take your pictures and have a full circle experience on the Island.

Day 4
Safari Blue, ⁠Sail on traditional dhow, ⁠Swimming in mangrove lagoon & ⁠Visit unique Baobab tree
This day after breakfast, you will go on a safari tour of the Blue waters of Zanzibar. You will sail on a traditional dhow, a wooden vessel used for fishing, transportation and tourism purposes. On this sail, you will make a stop at the mangrove lagoon on the Kwale Island to engage in Snorkeling amidst the beautiful coral reefs. You have the time to relax at the beach and swim with unique and rare aquatic species.
You will make a stop at the Unique Baobab Tree, one of the oldest trees in Zanzibar. This tree, often called the Tree of life, is a symbol of strength and resilience that stands tall with distinctive features and a fascinating sight to behold.

Day 5
Social Impact Activity, The rock restaurant & ⁠sunset on michamvi
You will have this morning to have some community engagements with some selected villages as part of our Social Impact Initiative. You will choose any impact activity you want to engage in or we have that predetermined on your behalf.
Before the day ends, you will have the opportunity to view the sunset on the Michamvi Beach. You would not want to miss this experience.

Day 5
Arrival in Arusha
You will fly from Zanzibar Fly to Arush, Tanzania’s Mainland
Upon arrival and check in at the hotel, you will have the rest day to relax and engage in some wellness activities of your choice.
Overnight at Kibo View Farm Lodge

Day 6 - 8
Game drive at Serengeti National Park.
You will get on a Safari in the Serengeti, the largest national park in Tanzania. It is a natural habitat for several wildlife species. There are animals like the lions, cheetahs, leopards, birds and many other unique breeds of animals. You will safari through the park and get up close with some of the animals, get to take some pictures with and of the animals. You will not want this experience to pass you by.

Day 9
Waterfall and spring experience (Wellness )
You will have this day for relaxation and wellness. You can engage in some active adventure and at the Materuni Waterfall. You will hike to the banks of the waterfall for swimming and relaxation in nature. You will have the spring experience as well

Day 10
Departure
This is the day for your final departure from the shores of Tanzania back home.
