Day 1
Arrival
Upon arrival at the airport, a ZayVoyage by SARI Representative will pick you up at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport and drop you off at your hotel. The guide will assist you with check-in, take you through your itinerary, and answer any questions regarding your stay in Nigeria.

Day 2 - Lagos City Tour (Drive from the hotel 1hr 30mins)
Badagry Tour / Old slave Market
This is one of the most famous and most populous slave markets in black history. The site has been the point of interaction and transaction between the slave raiders and the slave merchants or Europeans.

Black Heritage Museum / Mobee Slave Relic Museum
This is a museum that harbors the stories of Chief Mobee and his son in selling the natives and overturning them in an opposite role by his son. This museum has evidence of the arrival of the Europeans, the kind of trade that took place and the items and artifacts that were use at the time.
Gberefu Beach (slave embarkation point)
This is the “point of no return” for the slave who are shipped from the shores of Badagry, lagos all the way to the Americas. This is their last encounter with the land before they are transitioned into the ships to the new world.

Day 3 - Lagos to Calabar
Fly from Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos to Margaret Ekpo International Airport, Calabar. The guide will assist you with check in at the hotel upon arrival.

Ndidem of the Quas Palace Grounds
Your first stop of the day would be the palace grounds of Ndidem of the Quas, found in the heart of Calabar. The site is a significant cultural landmark, reflecting the rich heritage, culture and architectural prowess of the Efik kingdom. As you wander through the palace grounds, you will encounter beautifully crafted structures that tell stories of the past, making it an ideal backdrop for photographs. Duke Town Church & Mary Slessor Avenue
You would also stop at the Duke town church, one of the oldest churches in Nigeria, built by the Scottish missionaries in the 19th century. With its distinct architecture, the site reflects the colonial influence in the state and the spread of christianity and its activities can be attributed to this edifice. You will also pass within Mary Slesssor Avenue. It's one of the landmarks in Calabar that honors the Scottish missionary, Mary Slessor. She lived and worked in the Calabar region for over 40 years.
Native Delicacies Restaurant Calabar
End the day at the Native Delicacies Restaurant. It is a cool restaurant located in a clean, serene environment with a pool bar that serves very delicious and tasty African dishes, special dishes, indoor catering and outdoor catering. You will try some local Nigerian dishes.

Day 4 - Calabar City Tour
National Museum, Calabar
This museum, built in 1959, was once a British governor’s house situated in Calabar, cross river state, in the Old Residency Building. It presents unique artifacts & historical heritage and houses exhibits on various aspects of Nigerian history, including the slave trade, palm oil trade, and colonialism. It also features a research library, craft village, and exhibition hall.
Slave History Museum
You would continue your tour at the Slave History Museum on the site of a fifteenth-century slave-trading warehouse in Marina Beach, built in 2007 and commissioned in 2011. This museum shows various exhibits that tells the history of slavery of the Nigerian people and clearly depicts how they operated. These exhibitions depict the slave markets, slave procurements, the chains and shackles and also the abolition.

Day 5 - Cross River National Park, kampa
The Cross River National Park located in Calabar, has a total area of about 4,000 km2. The park has been recognised as one of the oldest rainforests in Africa, and has been identified as a high biodiversity site as Sixteen primate species have been recorded in the park. These rare primates include chimpanzees, drills and cross river gorillas.
On this day of adventure, You will be hiking through the well parted trails of the forest Trails constituting some wellness activity. While at it, you will get the opportunity to watch some of the 500 species of birds found in the rainforest. This is a full day's activity that would allow for you to connect and soak yourself in undisturbed nature.
You will also engage in a canopy walk experience. You will get to have an aerial view of the lush rainforest and its diverse wildlife. Keep your eyes fixed and don't miss a move by these endangered species.

Day 6-Kampa Tour & Kwa Waterfalls Visit
Kampa Township Tour
Your first activity for the day is to explore the town of kampa - a town in the setting of the book “Ralia the sugar girl” by the writer Kola Onadipe. Have a walking tour of the town, get familiar with the locals and learn and appreciate their culture
Kwa falls
We would visit and enjoy an adventure at the Kwa falls located in the Oban division of the Cross River National Park. This falls has a deep pool at the bottom of the waterfall which is characterized by well arranged stairs of 234 steps from top to bottom. The nearby Kwa River sand beach is definitely a perfect addition, making Kwa falls, Nigeria’s own tropical paradise.

Day 7-Calabar to Lagos
Fly from the Margaret Ekpo International Airport, Calabar to the Mohammed International Airport, Lagos (1 hr 10 mins)
You will have the rest of the bay to yourself for some relaxation at the hotel and Wellness Activities

Day 8-Lagos City Tour
Drive through the City of Lagos. Your first stop will be;
Lekki Conservation Center
Your first place of visit will be the Lekki Conservation Centre, located in the middle of Lagos. This conservation center is home to abundant plants and wildlife and plays a vital role in preserving the region’s ecosystem. Take a stroll through the swamp boardwalk and spot rare birds, monkeys, snakes, and crocodiles. The park is also home to the longest canopy walkway in Africa, offering 360-degree views from above the treetops. If you’re afraid of heights, fear not, crossing this suspended walkway is optional
Nike Arts Gallery
Your next stop is one of the biggest arts galleries in West Africa. This is a 5-story art gallery with over 8000 varieties of artworks displayed for art lovers to appreciate and purchase.

This is the day for your final departure from the shores of Nigeria back home.
Depending on your departure time, you will have some time for last-minute shopping and packing. Our guide will be at your hotel to pick you up for your final departure to Murtala Mohammed International Airport.
